Congrats to Susan and Rich, who had an intimate wedding at their home in Capistrano Beach.
The couple got ready together! Rich helped Susan into her dress and tied the sash.
Before the ceremony, we went to a nearby park and captured some amazing romantics.
I Love Susan’s energy! She hopped right up on that tree and we were able to capture one of my favorite images of the day.
This couple could not stop smiling!
This was our second location, I love this spot, reminds me of a view you would see on the coast of Europe.
On the way back to the car, I spotted this dirt lot- had to do a fashion shot a la Vogue.

Congrats to Renee and Jeff, who got hitched in Northern CA. They had an intimate ceremony on the beach , along with 1 couple as their witnesses! Then in early Fall, they had their private reception in Laguna Beach at Partners Bistro- Amazing food and hospitality. We met at the Lifeguard tower and took some shots on the beach and downtown.

I Love this shot, Renee with bare-feet , holding her shoes in her right hand, what I love most is their feet are INSYNC.
How awesome was the desert???? Hot fudge sundaes- you bet I had one!
My assistant, Kristin, got this awesome shot of guests toasting the couple.
There was an amazing Jazz band, the couple broke into a spontaneous first dance, I ran outside the restaurant to get a shot of them through the window. The candle you see was to honor those who had past.

Grace Ormonde Magazine did a photo campaign set in Puerto Rico, and the latest issue features the cake from Alejandra Tentaciones of the wedding I photographed in Puerto Rico at the Siesta Allegre http://www.haciendasiestaalegre.com/. That wedding was amazing to shoot, and I was inspired to post some additional shot of Kelley and Matt’s wedding.
When I first arrived, there where little fluffy clouds…. which turned into big ones!
The wedding was set for outside, but being in the heart rain-forest….

This shot was right after the ceremony, the couple walked down the isle, and at the end, turned around to wave and see all their closest family and friends cheering their union.
Almost all of the lighting at the reception was by candle light, and the rain stopped.
The first dance, you can see the ground is still wet from the earlier downpour of the day, creating an awesome reflection!

Every-body’s got a lil’ Captain Morgan in them.
This Church was awesome. Great reflection of ambient light.
