Congratulations to Erin & Rick- I photographed there wedding last year at the surf and sand resort in Laguna beach, and it was such an honor to photograph their maternity session. They are expecting Chase Robert any day now.
These two “rockstars” met in a band- Rick on drums and Alicia on vocals. They are getting hitched this Summer at www.seven-degrees.com. Alicia is my soul mate when it comes to interior design; all white.
We did a few shots in the front of my all white studio, then some shots using a projector. Anton Corbjin is an amazing artist with a forte in the music video and image industry, so I projected his videos on these two rockstars; kinda cool effect layered in theory- art school here I come.

It was a pleasure to meet little Miss Sienna, the 8 month old daughter of Tiffany and Greg. I photographed Tiffany’s boudoir, maternity and now family session. Tiffany specializes in make up www.bridalrouge.com , alothough the career choice of Sienna might just be as a pro surfer (following in dad’s footsteps!)
I chose to shoot in all black and white, as I feel this best captures and illustrates a dramatic feel to an image. I found the amazingly hi-back chair at a fancy antique shop Tj maxx.

Janet and Kevin had a very intimate wedding ceremony overlooking the Pacific ocean at the Surf and Sand Resort in Laguna Beach, CA. Joined by their close Friends Chris & Jean, the ceremony was performed by the Laguna Beach Shaman. During the ceremony, the couple read their own vows, the Shaman performed an original song, followed by an impromptu first dance. What started out as a windy rainy day, turned into a gorgeous sun filled sky. Thank you, Kevin and Janet, your love for each-other is truly inspirational.

I photographed Lonna’s wedding a little over one year ago- this LA dweller is an accomplished actress and model- and I was stoked she came down to the “OC” to update her portfolio with more athletic images. She is in the process of training for her second triathlon.
